Massages can do wonders for our well-being, yet time and expense can get in the way of regular massages. Self-massage, on the other hand, is something that we can do ourselves every day to create and maintain feelings of well-being and self-care. Give yourself a self-massage using the techniques below as often as possible, with or without oil. I like to incorporate a self-massage before and after my shower in the morning. Pre-shower, which is usually a few minutes after waking. I slowly and gently bend forward (as far as my body allows).
