This is a light coconut satay sauce that is full of flavour. Use it as a dipping sauce or curry sauce base in a stir fry. Coconut Satay Sauce Ingredients: 1/4 cup of peanut butter 1 TBS Coconut Oil 1/4 cup of Coconut Chips 1 tsp of curry powder 1/4 tsp of ginger powder 1/4 tsp ground cumin 1/4 tsp turmeric 1 TBS ketchup manis 1 tsp soy sauce 4 curry leaves A squeeze of lime juice 1/2 - 1 cup of water (use less or more depending on how thick you'd like the sauce) Optional for Extra Kick: Chilli flakes (to taste) If you'd like your coconut satay sauce to have a bit more kick, add some chilli flakes and double or triple the amount of the powdered ingredients. What to do: Toast the coconut chips in a pan on low heat till
