Recipe

I regularly make banana bread using the typical flour and butter recipe, so I was curious about the result of baking a Primal health paleo banana bread with coconut oil and coconut flour. The recipe has zero sugar, and the taste was better than any other banana bread I've had. Following on from my Interview With A Primal Health Coach (which you can read by clicking here), Michelle (the primal health coach) sent me a recipe from Family Food.
