Our grandparents and their grandparents have been making bone broth for hundreds of years due to its traditional properties that promote gut health. How is our Bone Broth made?

We add roasted beef bones to filtered water and apple cider vinegar to maximize mineral extraction, and then we slow-cook them for 48 hours. After that, we strain the broth for impurities and skim off the fat from the top. Then, we gently refractance dry the broth into a powder, taking care to preserve the nutritional profile.
