Caproic acid (C6) 4%, caprylic acid (C8) 75% and capric acid (C10) 21%

Direction For Use

Serving suggestion: Start with 1/2-1 teaspoon per day. After one week, slowly increase the dosage by 1/2-1 teaspoon per day. Do not exceed the maximum of 2 tablespoons per dosage. (Incorrect serving size can cause stomach upset. Please follow the serving suggestion.)

Flavour-free oil for everyday use. Can be taken straight and added to hot drinks, smoothies, food and salad dressings.
For best results, take as part of a low carbohydrate diet.
