Who doesn’t love home-baked Gingerbread? Delicious with lashings of butter or topped with cream cheese Keto-friendly icing, this bread is the ultimate “feel good” snack! To make, add 1 tbsp butter or coconut oil (or any oil) and 1 large egg to the dry mix in a mug or ramekin and zap in the microwave for 90 secs (microwaves vary, so between 60-90 secs). Slice and eat. It can also be baked in a convection oven.
