Self-care doesn’t require much time, energy, expense or resources. We can implement this in our lives in various ways and at different times. Whatever works for you. The key is to be consistent and to not talk yourself out of it. Sometimes I squeeze in an extra task, forfeit a moment for myself, and then regret it. This is happening a lot less as the lockdown has taught me how important self-care is, not just for my well-being but for my family too. The Bear Hug pose is a gentle yoga pose.
